Vertically arranged vertical tempered glass production line

The vertically arranged tempered glass production line is a production system that places the glass vertically and tempers it through heating and rapid cooling to improve the strength and safety of the glass.

Vertically arranged vertical tempered glass production line

The equipment for the glass heating, forming, quenching and other process, that is, the heating furnace, molding machine, and wind grille are installed on the same vertical plane. The heating furnace is installed on the lowest floor, and the molding machine is installed on the floor above the heating furnace. The process layout is shown in Figure 3-14.
This production line is often used to produce curved tempered glass. When producing flat tempered glass, the hot glass passes through the molding space of the molding machine and reaches the wind grille, and the molding machine does not work. When producing regional tempered glass, the wind grille uses regional tempered wind grille.
(1) Arrange the tempered glass production line vertically on the ground The so-called vertical arrangement of the tempered glass production line means that the heating furnace is installed on the workshop floor, the molding machine is installed on the steel floor above the heating furnace, and the air grille is installed on the floor above the molding machine. The center lines of the three devices are on the same vertical plane. If the heating furnace is a multi-chamber heating furnace, the center lines of the molding machine and the air grille are on the same vertical plane as the center line of the last chamber of the heating furnace.
① Electric heating two-chamber heating furnace The outer shell of the furnace body is welded by metal plates, and the outside is a metal frame. The outermost layer of the furnace body is an insulation layer, the middle is three layers of refractory bricks, and the inner layer is a heat-resistant bracket for the heating element. The heating element is made of nickel-chromium wire wound into a spiral shape. The furnace door drive uses a cylinder piston to operate the sliding door. The technical data of the heating furnace are shown in Table 3-15

② The molding machine adopts a hydraulic transmission molding machine, and both the male and female molds are equipped with hydraulically driven hydraulic cylinders, which can quickly complete the glass forming process.
③ The wind grille uses a tubular wind grille with a small nozzle, and its combined shape matches the curvature of the finished curved tempered glass.
④ The four sets of wheels of the glass-hanging trolley are hung on the track, and the glass is hung on the clamp of the trolley boom.
⑤ The conveying equipment is equipped with two conveying equipment: the horizontal conveying equipment is driven by an electric drive device to make the glass hanging trolley move horizontally; the vertical conveying equipment uses two chain conveyors, one is located in the area of ​​the heating furnace, molding, and wind grille, and is dedicated to lifting the glass hanging trolley; the other is located at the entrance of loading and unloading glass and entering the heating furnace, and is dedicated to transporting glass or loading and unloading glass and entering the furnace.
⑥ The control console heating furnace automatic control system adopts PID control, with one control loop for each heating zone, a total of 13 loops; the molding machine automatic control system is equipped with pneumatic and hydraulic automatic control systems, which automatically supplies oil or gas to the cylinder and hydraulic cylinder and quickly change direction; the wind grid and air supply automatic control system has special instruments to control the opening and closing of the valve, the continuous or intermittent operation of the wind grid and the fan drive motor; the conveying equipment automatic control system is equipped with all parameter control devices that can control the movement of the glass hanging trolley. The positioning of the glass-hanging trolley can be accurately controlled by 1mm.
(2) Vertical arrangement of tempered glass production line with heating furnace installed underground The characteristics of the layout of the tempered glass production line are that the air grille is installed on the workshop floor, the heating furnace is installed in the basement, and the molding machine is installed on the steel platform above the heating furnace. The air grille is above the molding machine. These three devices are arranged vertically. The pre-treated glass is hung on the glass hanging trolley, and the trolley is transported to the heating furnace by the crank conveyor on the track for heating. When the glass is heated to near the softening temperature, it is lifted from the heating furnace to the molding machine by the crossbeam lifting device for glass forming. After the glass is formed, it is lifted by the crossbeam to the air grille for rapid cooling. After the glass is cooled, it is transported to the unloading position by the conveyor for unloading inspection and packaging. The equipment used is as follows.

① Gas-fired three-chamber heating furnace, parameters are shown in Table 3-16
② Molding machine A tempered glass production line arranged vertically on the floor of the workshop with the heating furnace.
③ The wind grille adopts a box-type wind grille with a rubber nozzle. This type of production line can produce regional curved tempered glass. The curved surface of the wind grille matches the curvature required by the finished product. The wind grille is separated, and the wind pressure of the cooling air in the peripheral area and the main viewing area is different. The air supply duct is equipped with valves for separate control. The wind pressure in the peripheral area is 9.3~9.8kPa, and the wind pressure in the main viewing area is 4kPa. The nozzles are arranged in a rectangular shape with a spacing of 40mm×40mm. The inner diameter of the nozzle is 2mm. The wind grille moves up and down reciprocatingly, and the movement distance is 50mm. The wind grille can be opened downward by 60°.
