License Grant: To enable us to provide quotations and potential manufacturing services, you grant BO-Glass a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, display, and technically evaluate your User Submissions solely for that business purpose. BO-Glass does not claim ownership of your original design intellectual property.

4. Product Information & Quotation Process

All technical data, images, and specifications on the Site are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding their applicability to your specific project. You are solely responsible for verifying all technical and regulatory aspects.

We reserve the right to reject any inquiry or design for technical, safety, legal, or commercial reasons at our sole discretion.

No binding agreement is formed through the Site alone. Final and binding terms for any project will be exclusively defined in a separate written Sales Agreement or Purchase Order executed by both parties.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHANGHAI YAOCHENG GLASS PRODUCTS CO., LTD. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent people’s courts in Shanghai, China.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
