A clear understanding of your design is the first step. Share what you need, and we will work through the details with you.
Share Your Drawings
Send your product drawings with the intended application, quantity and technical requirements. Include the dimensions and details that matter to your project.
Review Technical Requirements
We review your design with you, including dimensions, tolerances, glass material, forming method and surface requirements, before defining the manufacturing approach.
Confirm Your Quotation
Review the quotation and confirm the technical specifications and project arrangements with our team. Once the details are agreed, we move on to tooling development.
Still working through your requirements? You can consult us first. Product drawings are required for technical evaluation and mold development.
Tooling Built Around Your Design
Your confirmed product drawings guide mold development. Both our pressed and blown glass products require molds, so tooling is a key part of turning your design into a glass component.

Review and Approve Your Samples
After tooling is completed, we produce samples for your review. Check them against the agreed requirements and share your feedback. We proceed to bulk production after you approve the samples.

Move into Production
With sample approval in place, we arrange production according to the confirmed drawings, approved samples and order requirements. The agreed specifications remain the reference throughout manufacturing.

Quality Checks, Packaging and Delivery
We check the finished glass components against the confirmed requirements, then prepare protective packaging and arrange shipment. Packaging and delivery details are coordinated with you for your order.
