Micro-tempered glass production line is a kind of equipment specially used for producing micro-thin tempered glass.

The particle tempered glass production line consists of an electric heating furnace, a molding machine, a fluidized bed cooling device, a glass hanging trolley, a transmission device and an automatic control system, and an air supply system, as shown in Figure 3-16.

(1) Electric heating furnace The electric heating furnace has the same system layout as other electric heating furnaces and is divided into 9 main heating zones, 2 auxiliary heating zones, and 1 bottom zone. The power of the electric furnace wire in the heating zone is determined according to the heating area of the glass. The total power is 120-265kW.
(2) Molding machine The molding machine is mainly composed of molds, forming operation devices, frames, feedback control systems, etc. The molds are the same as the molds arranged vertically in the vertical method and can be hollow molds or solid molds. The forming operation device is mainly composed of lead screws, rails, servo motors, bearings, etc. The positioning of the forming position is precisely controlled by the travel switch, counting device, and servo control system. The repeatability of the forming position is ±0.1mm.

(3) Fluidized bed cooling equipment Fluidized bed cooling equipment is mainly composed of an air supply box, an air distribution layer, a fluidized particle carrier box, a cooling circulation system, etc. The air supply box is welded from steel plates and can withstand pressures below 686.5 kPa. The air distribution layer can be a porous plate or a multi-layer plate. The function of the air distribution plate is to evenly output the gas after passing through the air distribution plate, and the particles can flow evenly like water through the gas after the air distribution. The fluidized bed particle carrier box is filled with the particle medium for cooling the glass, and the particles are allowed to flow freely in it. When the glass enters the fluidized bed, the heat of the glass is quickly taken away by the contact with the particles in the bed, so that the glass is cooled quickly. The cooling circulation system is to keep the cooling medium at a certain temperature.

(4) Glass hanging trolley The glass hanging trolley consists of a hanger, a vertical running track, a motion system, a motion rack, etc. The glass hanging trolley is different from the general vertical tempered glass production method. The trolley must complete both horizontal movement and vertical movement of glass forming and cooling.
The vertical linear motion part can use a pneumatic system, which is mainly composed of a cylinder, a reversing system, a roller, a travel switch, a track, a rack, etc. A chain drive system can also be used, which is mainly composed of a travel switch, a track, a rack, etc. The system performs vertical linear motion. A wire rope winding device can also be used to achieve vertical linear motion.

(5) Transmission device The transmission device mainly refers to the device for the horizontal operation of the glass. It can be composed of gears, racks and matching motors, reducers, position switches, and other components to achieve long-distance precise positioning and operation control. It can also be composed of chains, motors, reducers, switches, etc. It can also be composed of wire ropes, motors, reducers, switches, etc.

(6) Automatic control system operation control system must be equipped with a servo open-loop or closed-loop control system to achieve precise control of the equipment operation position. The temperature control system is the same as other equipment.
