How to choose a frame?

① The screen frame must have a certain strength. Because when the screen is stretched, the screen will produce a certain tension and pressure on the screen frame. This requires the screen frame to be pressure-resistant, not deformed, and to maintain the size accuracy of the screen frame.
② Under the condition of ensuring strength, the screen frame should be as light as possible for easy operation and use.
The upper surface should have a certain degree of roughness to strengthen the bonding between the screen and the screen frame.
③ The bonding surface between the screen frame and the screen should have a certain degree of roughness to strengthen the bonding between the screen and the screen frame.
④ The vertical solidity of the screen frame. The screen frame is often in contact with water, solvents, and the influence of temperature changes during use. This requires that the screen frame does not skew and other phenomena to ensure the reuse of the screen frame. This can reduce waste and reduce virtual costs.
⑤ Different specifications of screen frames should be configured in production. When using, the appropriate screen frame should be selected according to the size of the printing size, which can reduce waste and facilitate operation.
At present, the more regular and less deformed screen frame is the aluminum alloy screen frame, and its size should be larger than the pattern. The specific size should be that the outer edge of the pattern should be 70 to 100 mm away from the screen frame. In addition, the strength of the screen frame is very important, and the key is that the horizontal rigidity is sufficient.
