The shape of the glass after thermal bending does not meet the requirements

The reasons and treatments for glass shapes not meeting the requirements after hot bending are as follows.
① The mold shape is unqualified, and the mold should be replaced or corrected.
② The hollow mold is over-bent because the hot bending time is too long, and the hot bending heating time should be shortened appropriately.
③ The hot bending is not in place because the hot bending time is not enough, and the hot bending heating time should be extended appropriately.
④ When placing the film, the glass and the mold are not placed correctly. Correct film placement should be ensured.
⑤ The transmission operation vibration is large, and the glass is misaligned with the mold during transmission. The transmission wheel line should be corrected or the transmission horizontal plane should be aligned.
⑥ When placing glass in pairs, the upper and lower glasses are misaligned or the thin piece is placed at the bottom by mistake. Pay attention to the correct order of placing the films.
